Jason Kosec has nearly ten years of experience in all facets of mineral exploration, mine development, investor relations and capital markets. Upon completing his undergraduate degree in Geology at Western University and a Masters in Earth and Energy Resources at Queens University, Mr. Kosec worked as a Project Geologist at Trelawney Mining and Exploration, which was subsequently sold in 2012 to IAMGOLD for C$608 million. Mr. Kosec then moved on to work as an Exploration Geologist at a number of IAMGOLD properties and in early 2015 was recruited to join the Barkerville Gold Mines team as Sr. Geologist where he was appointed Chief Mine Geologist in 2016. In late 2017 Mr. Kosec took on the role of VP Corporate Development, which ultimately led to the sale of Barkerville Gold Mines to Osisko Gold Royalties in 2019 for C$338 million.

Andree St-Germain is an experienced mining finance executive with an extensive background in banking, mining finance and financial management. Ms. St-Germain began her career in investment banking for Dundee Capital Markets Inc., working exclusively with mining companies on M&A advisory and financing. In 2013, Ms. St-Germain joined Golden Queen Mining Co. Ltd. as CFO. During her tenure at Golden Queen, Ms. St-Germain played an instrumental role in securing project finance and overseeing Golden Queen as it transitioned from development and construction to commercial production. Ms. St-Germain joined Integra Gold as CFO in early 2017 and helped oversee the sale to Eldorado Gold Corporation in July 2017 for C$590 million. Ms. St-Germain is currently a director of Ascot Resources Ltd., Osisko Mining Inc. and the Association of Mineral Exploration. She is also a member of the Advisory Committee for Wyloo Metals Pty Ltd.
Ms. St-Germain received her Institute of Corporate Directors, Director (ICD.D) designation from the ICD-Rotman Directors Education Program in 2021.
Tim Arnold has over 40 years of experience in hard rock mining; open pit and underground, engineering and production, consulting and operations. Mr. Arnold has held positions in mining companies ranging from laborer to contract miner and shift boss to Chief Operations Officer (“COO”). Mr. Arnold has spent most of his career either developing or operating mines.
Prior to joining Integra Resources, Mr. Arnold has held VP or GM positions for Pershing Gold Corporation, Nevada Copper, General Moly, Coeur d’Alene Mines, Hecla Mining Company and was COO of Geovic Mining Corp. Mr. Arnold graduated in 1982 from the University of Idaho with a degree in Mining Engineering and completed an Executive MBA program at Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Mr. Arnold is a Professional Engineer in Nevada and Arizona.
Mr. Arnold is passionate about giving back to the industry.; In 2016, Mr. Arnold served as the President of the Society for Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration (SME). In 2019 Mr. Arnold received the William Lawrence Saunders Gold Medal from American Institute of Mining, Metallurgical, and Petroleum Engineers, and was awarded Honorary Membership to that organization in 2021. Mr. Arnold was inducted into the University of Idaho College of Engineering’s Academy of Engineers in 2018 and received the Silver and Gold Award from the University of Idaho in 2021
Raphael Dutaut is a geologist with a PhD in mining geology. Mr. Dutaut has nearly 15 years of experience across 5 continents working in brownfields exploration, mine development, mine geology, and resource estimation. Mr. Dutaut is a Qualified Person (QP) and a member of the Ordre des Géologues du Québec. Between 2013-2019 Mr. Dutaut held several key roles with IAMGOLD Corporation at both the corporate and asset level, including Manager of Resources and Mining Geology and Chief Geologist at the Rosebel Gold Mine in Suriname. Most recently, Mr. Dutaut held senior technical roles with the Nickel Mining Company (SMSP-NMC, New Caledonia) and Geovariances. In addition to a PhD from Polytechnique Montréal (Québec), Mr. Dutaut holds an International Masters of Economic Geology from University of Orléans (France) and an undergraduate degree in geology from the Université de Toulouse (France).
Max Baker is a Ph.D. Geologist and member of Aus-IMM based in Reno Nevada. Mr. Baker has over 40 years of exploration experience in Australia, Asia, North and South Americas and Europe on projects ranging from grass-roots, resource definition and development. Mr. Baker has been involved in the exploration and discovery of several significant deposits globally and has previously acted as Chief Geologist for Rennison Goldfields, Inc., Newcrest Mining Limited and Mount Isa Mines, as well as VP Exploration for several junior mining companies over the years.
Josh Serfass is the Executive Vice President of Investor Relations at Integra Resources Corp. Previously, Mr. Serfass was the Manager of Corporate Communications at Integra Gold Corp. Mr. Serfass was a key member of the team at Integra Gold that grew, developed, and sold the past producing Lamaque Mine in Val-dOr, Québec to Eldorado Gold for C$590 million in 2017.
Committed to thinking differently about mining, Mr. Serfass worked with the team at Integra Gold to host the 2016 Integra Gold Rush Challenge and the 2017 #DisruptMining Challenge, initiatives that encouraged innovation and technology disruption in the mining industry.
Mr. Serfass is passionate about attracting millennials to the mining sector, as potential employees, investors or informed voters and is a frequent speaker at industry gatherings.
Jason Banducci is a finance professional with nearly a decade of experience across corporate finance, lending, mergers & acquisitions, and capital markets. Prior to joining Integra Resources, Mr. Banducci served as Vice President, Corporate Development at Millennial Precious Metals and Vice President, Investment Banking at Stifel Financial where he covered the mining industry and advised clients on a wide range of strategic initiatives including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, streaming & royalty transactions, strategic investments, and various debt and equity financing alternatives. Mr. Banducci worked in the mining investment banking group at GMP Securities prior to it being acquired by Stifel. Mr. Banducci holds an MBA from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Western Ontario.
Mark Stockton is the Vice President of External Affairs and Sustainability at Integra Resources. Mr. Stockton leads the development and implementation of Integra’s corporate affairs and ESG (Environment Social Governance) programs, including government and external relations, sustainability and environmental stewardship, community relations, and social responsibility. Joining Integra Gold in 2013, Mr. Stockton’s previous roles included Manager of Quebec Operations and Manager of Business Development, before the eventual sale of the Lamaque Mine to Eldorado Gold for C$590 million in 2017.
Leading the efforts behind the 2016 Integra Gold Rush Challenge, and creating the 2017 #DisruptMining initiative, Mr. Stockton is a passionate believer in doing things differently to create tangible value within the mining sector.
